Here are some interesting photos of The High Chaparral cast members. 

              

Gilbert Roland joined the cast in the fourth season for a two-part episode entitled "The New Lion of Sonora". He played Don Domingo Montoya, Manolito and Victoria's uncle -- and the totally-unexpected heir to the Rancho Montoya.

Despite what this looks like, they did not have a television at the High Chaparral ranch!
